First, lower the door with the brush. Wear a mask and safety glasses. Once the door has been brushed, confirm that the door fits well into the frame. Leave between 5mm to 1 cm of space below the door. See that there is enough space underneath and sides of the door. Mark the hinges. If it is a door that is being installed in a new frame where the frame is not fixed, calculate about 15 cm from the beginning of the door and there the hinges are installed. If there is already a draft in the frame, then mark with a pencil where the hinges will go. With the pencil, mark the draft to install the hinge. Calar the door of the same thickness of the hinge. Once marked the spaces where the hinges will be installed, proceed to make the respective holes with the router. Match the cuts with the wood chisel. Install the hinges with the help of the drill. Mount them in the frame, with only one screw per hinge for while. Now, it is necessary to mark the contrafrontal, which is the metal plate that receives the latch. If it is a used frame, where there was already a door before, then the mark of the contrafrontal draft is already there. If this is the case, we mark the axis of the contrafrontal, and that will be the guide to install the sheet. Remove the door, always starting with the bottom hinge, and proceed to install the sheet. Look at the template to install the sheet, which comes with it. Use this template to make the holes. With the tip of the drill mark the holes in the sheet and with the cup saw make the holes, first on one side of the door and then on the other. Take out the tip of the drill bit and put the blade on it (the measures of the blade come in the template), and make the hole. Then, make a draft with the router to install the front of the lock. Once this is done, proceed to assemble the sheet. Test the door in the frame to see if the latch fits with the counter frontal. If it fits well, then proceed to install the countra frontal. In the case that the hole in the frame is smaller than the counter frontal hole, with the chisel and the help of a hammer, remove the leftover wood remains. To paint the door is better to disassemble, without hardware. So, you make sure you paint it completely. If it is in rough wood, give it a first coat with the paint slightly diluted with water, to seal it. Then, proceed to give the desired number of hands. To paint homogeneously, give long strokes, spreading the paint throughout the door so that it is well uniform. Before installing it, worry that it is completely dry.
